Country Sales Manager Czechia/Slovakia/Hungary

Main tasks:

- Distribution key account management and business development
- Responsible for sales planning and sales forecasting for the Region
- Identify and analyze sales opportunities for the business in the Region
- Overall accountability to deliver sales revenue targets for different product lines
- Ensures channel effectiveness per territory and evaluate performance
- Works closely with the distributors and channel partners to build strong relationships and improve per channel partner revenues
- Identifies prospects and new channel partners to further enhance the distribution channel
- Ensures total satisfaction through the life cycle of all relationships
- Interfaces with Product Management, Pricing and Marketing to provide customer feedback on product performance and recommend pricing programs to remain competitive in the market

Požadujeme
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in any related commercial or technical field
- Relevant experience; a minimum of 10 years sales experience
- Affinity with automotive, truck, agriculture or industrial machinery
- Must have experience with distribution channels in an international environment
- Off highway tire or industrial machinery knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- Able to communicate in English (an additional language is a plus)
- Willing to travel throughout the region for more than 50% of the time
