- Country Manager responsibility for the commercial unit in the Czech Republic.
- Management of unit’s commercial organization in the Czech Republic ensuring that the company objectives are met in line with global and regional strategy.
- Responsible for setting and achieving goals that support the company's strategy and overall performance objectives in the Czech Republic.
- Responsible for delivery of agreed Net Sales, SM cost and EBIT targets per year in the Czech Republic.
- Responsible for driving growth and securing sustained profitability (and for identifying and pursuing business development opportunities) in the Czech Republic.
