We are in search of a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with the following qualifications:
- Strong enthusiasm for identifying, evaluating, and harnessing the benefits of not only IT solutions for various business processes and projects.
- Proficient project management skills to ensure effective coordination among process owners, internal teams, and external specialists, facilitating the smooth implementation of new solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of core business processes within organizations.
- Sound knowledge of various IT technologies, including databases and tools.
- Awareness of the requirements for process reengineering and change management within organizations.
Main Responsibilities: The Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of various projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the entire organization.
In close cooperation with the COO, management, and process owners, the responsibilities include:
- Analyzing business needs for solutions and tools in collaboration with the COO and process owners.
- Defining requirements and specifications for new tools with input from process owners and stakeholders.
- Evaluating alternative solutions, considering their impact on business, cost, and speed.
- Prioritizing various projects based on business needs, impact, implementation effort, and available resources.
- Planning and staffing projects in collaboration with functional departments and external partners.
